Entries for the random drawing must be received by October 5, 2016. The random drawing will be held on or about November 1, 2016.

Participation:

All persons receiving a solicitation via email for the survey are invited to participate. Persons may enter by completing the survey. Survey completion is not necessary in order to enter the random drawing.

To enter without completing the survey, persons may print their name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to the address below. There is a limit of one entry per person and all entries must be received by October 5, 2016.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be selected on or about November 1, 2016 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Ingo Money, Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the random drawing without notification to participants. Winners will be notified via email address used to invite the participant to the survey, or by phone to the number provided on the 3” x 5” card entry. To claim their prize, winners must reply by email or phone within ten business days of the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize and another entrant will be selected by random drawing. Ingo Money, Inc. is not responsible for failed notifications due to incorrect or inoperable email addresses or phone numbers. Any notification message or prize returned as undeliverable will result in the forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner as described above.

Any taxes or fees in excess of the prize amount are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Unaccepted prizes may not be awarded. Prizes are awarded as is and are nonexchangeable and nontransferable. Winner is subject to these complete and official rules. Ingo Money, Inc. is not liable for damage, loss, or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries. Winners assume liability for injuries, damages, losses or expenses of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participation, or by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prizes. Winners are solely and fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the value of the prizes. By participating and redeeming a prize, each winner releases Ingo Money, Inc., its directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all loss, liability or damages resulting from or arising out of participation in this random drawing. Except where prohibited by law, Winner(s) grants to Ingo and its advertising agencies the right to use and publish Winner’s photo, image, name, likeness, etc. in any media to promote the Random Drawing and App without additional compensation. Ingo Money retains the right to cancel the random drawing in the event of fraud or other actions that impair the integrity of the random drawing, as determined by Ingo Money in its sole discretion.  The random drawing is governed by, and entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of, the laws and venue of the state of Georgia.
